The children get their own pony to ride around the estate with their helper. It’s well worth the trip, time away from screens and an enjoyable day out for all the family. It’s a perfect photo opportunity too.
Shetland Pony Club has a great story behind it too, the founders; mother and daughter, used to do the school run on their own Shetland pony! Imagine that instead of skooting to school! There is a book to buy at the end of the day that tells the story and makes great bedtime reading. For the football crazy, you also drive past the Chelsea training grounds in Cobham to get there.
