Long leaseholders could be forced to sell to their freeholder – Section 61 explained

Section 61 explained by John Stephenson of Bircham Dyson Bell. The redevelopment clause gives the freeholder the option to buy the property back at market value. Never tested in law but is a possibility that could be explored.
