What does your search service offer?

We can search the whole market for you and be your one point of contact, we search our own listings both on and off market & search all the properties available with other agents.

Do you manage the properties you let?

Most of our own listings are fully managed by us, alternatively you can sign up to our Lifestyle services and we can manage everything for you after you find a home.

Once I find a property what information do I need to provide to start the referencing process?

We would need an address, email, telephone number and full name.

What information will the referencing company ask for?

The referencing company will then contact you directly; they will ask for pay slips, bank statements, living reference, last tenancy agreement. The results take 24-48 hours.

Why do you need a copy of my passport & visa?

The law requires that all tenants have the right to rent in the UK.

How are rents and deposits collected?

Normally the deposit is 6 weeks rent or higher if there is a pet involved & rent is paid monthly or quarterly subject to negotiations.

How do I know my deposit is safe?

We belong to the TDS (Tenancy deposit schemes) that governs how the deposit must be handled. We are also members of ARLA & hold professional indemnity insurance.

How can I be sure that my deposit return is handled fairly?

Additional to being governed by ARLA & TDS we also have a professional inventory company handle the distribution of the deposit using the check-out report as a guide.

Will the property be professionally cleaned?

Yes, if required and the same will apply at the end of the tenancy at the tenant’s expense.

What other bills does the tenant pay?

Tenant pays the council tax, utilities, TV licence and other services that will be covered by the tenancy agreement if applicable such as alarm services.
