We offer 24/7 service and the tenants can contact us on public holidays, we have teams of experts we can call to make sure the problems are dealt with swiftly and at minimum cost. Happy tenants stay longer.

We also have a service that charges the client by the hour, we can discuss this with you as an option based on your requirements.

What if I change my mind and want to terminate Palace Gate’s management service?

You can terminate our management contract by giving us 3 months’ service.

Yes, a full management service includes rent collection.
